Kindergarten, 1^st & 2^nd grade

Sparks curriculum is comprised of three handbooks. Each handbook communicates spiritual truths through memory verse drills, crafts, activities and review of key doctrine, Bible facts and verses. All three handbooks follow a nature theme, beginning with Skipper then Hiker and ending with Climber.

The theme of the first handbook is “Jesus in the past.” The second book’s theme is “Jesus in the present.” The theme of the third book is “Jesus in the future.”

Before working in a handbook, newcomers to Sparks complete an entrance booklet that introduces them to the program and begins teaching them basic Bible truths.
