What is AWANA?
Awana is an
international, nondenominational, Bible-centered youth organization that
provides weekday clubs and programs for three-year-olds through high school. The
acronym Awana comes from the first letter of the phrase “Approved workmen are not ashamed” (2
Timothy 2:15).
Hebron’s Awana program is starting its
fourth year and continues to grow and reach children and their families for
Christ. This exciting program brings a blend of
Bible teaching, Scripture memorization and tons of fun to Hebron each Wednesday
night. It is awesome to see how God
is working in everyone’s lives through our Awana program.
